Modifications to Programa de Primer Empleo
On January 15 important modifications to the Program took effect, in order to increase its impact.

. The waiting period for receiving the benefit was reduced from 9 to 3 months.
. Now, many workers that had been registered as permanently ensured in the IMSS will also be entitled.
