Health booklet and medical appointments

The care provided to the IMSS user is registered in this booklet; follow-up or referral appointments are recorded for each of the service areas responsible to continuing treatment.

Recommendations:

• Arrive on time at scheduled appointments on the day and hour written in your booklet.
• In the case of an emergency, head to the Continual Care Service of your Family Medicine Unit or to the Emergency Services in the corresponding Hospital.
• For the benefit of your child’s health, carefully follow all medical instructions provided by health-care personnel.
